Elyne He

Elyne came to Canada as an international student and graduated from Brock University with first class honours degree in Bachelor of Accounting. She obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2011 and had several years of experience with Deloitte & Touché LLP.

Elyne now has over 20 years of accounting and tax experience. She focuses on working with new immigrants and emigrants to solve complex tax issues relating to foreign property, foreign affiliates, and foreign trust reporting. Her ultimate goal is to minimize clients’ tax cost associated with transferring foreign properties to Canada. Elyne also helps foreign investors, foreign businesses, and foreign trusts with cross border tax planning strategies, especially for non-Canadian clients from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Elyne is highly involved with the Canadian/Chinese business community and she enjoys teaching at several Chinese Institutes and Universities on International tax.
